Real Estate Package & Pricing
Our services start at $150 for a typical home (that is also the minimum charge for a session). Generally speaking, we charge 10 cents per square foot. When possible, our work is done in High Dynamic Range imaging to assist you in marketing your listing strongly. Finished images are optimized for website and MLS use, reducing load times and maximizing server space.

What do you get for your investment?

Our standard portfolio fits most Realtor's listing needs, and includes the following:

  • Up to 15 final images in two different sizes for your use, delivered electronically.
  • Optional laser-labeled disk with final images for your files ($25).

We ask that Realtors place $50 down when booking a photo session, with the balance due upon receipt of images. Please contact our sales staff for further details.
